**NTT Data Greece** team is looking for an **IT Bid Architect** in Athens to work with our clients in the **European public sector** .
As an **IT Bid Architect** , you will support the preparation of high-quality technical proposals for European Institutions and other public International Organisations. This role involves close collaboration with technical experts and pre-sales teams to translate complex IT solutions into clear, structured, and compelling documentation.
**Your role:**
+ Develop comprehensive technical answers and clarifications during EU tender processes.
+ Collaborate with pre-sales and solution teams to design scalable, secure, and high-performance IT solutions.
+ Define governance and operational models, including roles, responsibilities, and service functions.
+ Establish high-level IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and practices in line with ITIL standards.
+ Define quality management frameworks for IT projects and services.
+ Describe step-by-step methodologies (e.g., development lifecycle) and processes to achieve specific project objectives.
+ Work with internal technical experts to translate solutions into complete and compliant tender responses.
+ Participate in workshops with technical stakeholders to build consensus and ensure alignment across proposal components.
+ Review and provide constructive feedback on technical documents prepared by other contributors.
+ Present and explain owned documentation during internal peer reviews.
+ Draft, update, and maintain internal IT documentation.
+ Mentor and support junior or less experienced team members as needed.

**Your profile:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
+ 3+ years of experience writing technical proposals and 6 years of experience in the IT projects and/or services management field.
+ Fluent English (at least, C1 level) and excellent writing and communication skills.
+ Ability to translate client requirements into clear, concise, and technically accurate documentation, particularly in the context of project and service management.
+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
+ Attention to detail and a structured approach to documentation.
+ Good command on M365, including MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Teams, etc.
**Nice to have:**
+ IT-related certifications regarding management best practices (e.g. ITIL Foundation, Scrum Master).
+ Knowledge regarding Project Management methodologies/best practices both for Agile and Waterfall (e.g., Scrum, ITIL, DevOps, PRINCE2, PM2, etc.)
+ Experience as Team/Project/Service Leader or Delivery/Service/Operations/Project Manager, Operations Manager.
