Job Summary: 

We are looking for an IT Associate/Product Delivery Lead with more than 4 years of experience, ideally in the renewable energy sector. This role is crucial for leading both the management of the existing IT applications and service ecosystem and supporting the business IT demand management of Repsol's renewable energy sector located in the United States. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge in functional and technical application management, stakeholder management, and experience in agile methodologies. Experience in DATA, Artificial Intelligence and OT projects will also be positively valued.

The position is based in Downtown Houston with a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.   

Responsibilities:

Application Management: Manage the lifecycle of applications already in operation at Repsol Renewables; from managing functional and technical corrective actions, the application's own infrastructure, to contract renewals leading the dealings with all stakeholders.Evolution Management: Manage the entire lifecycle of evolutions to be carried out both in SaaS and in applications deployed in Repsol infrastructure, managing budget, vendor, and the business itself.Demand and Client Management: Support the Renewable Business Partner in managing the business's own demand; identifying opportunities and new initiatives as well as adopting new processes and achieving impacts.Stakeholder Management: Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders, managing expectations and reporting progress at each project phase.Communication and IT Deployment Projects Management: Work closely with Repsol's corporate IT engineering team as well as the OT department to develop communication and cybersecurity projects specific to Repsol's solar and wind farms.Process Optimization: Identify improvement opportunities in existing processes, both in IT and operations, contributing to the company's digital transformation.OT Systems Implementation: Support the OT department in projects related to Operational Technology, ensuring integration and interoperability between IT and OT systems.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all projects comply with energy sector regulations and the company's internal policies.Team Leadership: Guide, motivate, and develop the project team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.

Requirements:

More than 4 years of experience as an IT/Product Delivery Lead Associate, preferably in the energy sector.Demonstrable experience in application and communication project management.Experience in OT projects and their integration with IT systems will be valued.Ability to work with multidisciplinary and distributed teams, as well as demonstrable ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Spanish language will be valued.
