How Will You Make an Impact? As an IT Associate, you will play a dynamic and versatile role in supporting and enhancing Jabil’s IT ecosystem. You’ll contribute to both operational excellence and strategic initiatives by performing a wide range of technical and administrative tasks. From infrastructure support and process compliance to user training and project collaboration, your work will help ensure the delivery of scalable, secure, and efficient IT services across the organization. What Will You Do?Technical & Operational Support + Perform hands-on troubleshooting and configuration for RF scanners, Raspberry Pi devices, and shopfloor systems. + Support infrastructure operations including server room access, equipment procurement, and warranty tracking. + Maintain SAP generic accounts and passwords; assist with mobile device management and software compliance. + Monitor and respond to IT incidents, vulnerabilities, and service requests to ensure system stability and user satisfaction. Process & Documentation + Assist in the development and maintenance of IT process documentation, controls, and training materials. + Ensure adherence to ITIL-based practices across change, configuration, and incident management. + Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and proposing solutions. Project & Cross-Functional Collaboration + Support local and global IT projects, including procurement forecasting and implementation activities. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver IT solutions aligned with business needs. + Ensure compliance with internal audits, SOX controls, and security policies. Communication & Training + Conduct training sessions and provide application support to end users. + Facilitate meetings and knowledge-sharing across IT and operational departments. + Maintain positive relationships with employees and promote process compliance and improvement. How Will You Get Here?Education + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline required. Experience + 0–2 years of IT experience preferred, with exposure to IT service management, infrastructure support, or business systems. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities + Basic understanding of ITIL concepts and service lifecycle. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, Active Directory, and common IT systems. + Familiarity with network concepts (VLANs, DNS, DHCP), server hardware, and endpoint patching. + Strong troubleshooting skills for RF scanners, Raspberry Pi, and Windows OS environments. + Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work effectively under pressure. + Excellent communication, documentation, and customer service skills. + Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. + Willingness to learn and grow through mentorship and hands-on experience. Preferred Qualifications + ITIL certification or equivalent process knowledge. + Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall). + Understanding of KPIs, metrics, and SLA tracking. + Familiarity with risk and issue management practices. Job-related, non-discriminatory factors used to determine the actual offered rate include qualifications and experience, geographic location, education, external market data, and consideration of internal equity.
