About the role:
As an IT Data Analyst - I&O you will identify, validate, and document ownership of security groups and files across the organization. The primary focus of this role is to work with business groups, IT partners, and data owners to ensure appropriate access controls, ownership accountability, and compliance with internal policies.
You will report to the I&O Delivery and Process Manager and be located at in Cranberry Township, PA. This is a hybrid role (3 days in office and 2 remote).
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with IT and partners to identify owners of security groups, file shares, and other access-controlled resources
Conduct meetings with department representatives to validate ownership information
Partner with cybersecurity and compliance teams to ensure access control understanding of company policies
Support access reviews by providing accurate ownership of data
Provide reporting and status updates to management and other partners
Ensure that ownership identification and access governance activities support company compliance requirements
Analyze sets of unstructured data and help improve processes
Qualifications:
BS in Information Systems or similar degree
3 years of experience in Information Systems, or a related field
Experience working with partners across technical and non-technical teams
Familiarity with Active Directory, file share permissions, and access management principles
Experience with IT organizational processes and best practices
