Position Summary: Join our dynamic team as a Strategy & Transformation Deployment (IT) Analyst and embark on an exciting journey of innovation and collaboration. As an integral part of our S&T Deployment Commercial and Enabling functions team, you'll play a crucial role in developing and deploying solutions into the UK & Ireland, ensuring the security and efficiency of our projects, products and processes. Your expertise will be vital in guiding our internal customers towards aligning with PepsiCo Enterprise Architecture standards. You'll have the opportunity to balance the needs of the business with the latest trends in digital technology, keeping us at the forefront of the industry. Not only will you provide expert advice on digital advancements and Region/Global products, but you'll also serve as a central contact for our Region/Global teams. Responsibilities Project & Governance Execution Lead execution of onboarding, development, testing and rationalization of applications and products. Execute project governance and reporting using tools like Service Now. Ensure adherence to Information Security, Enterprise Architecture and S&T governance standards. Stakeholder & Vendor Engagement Maintain strong relationships with vendors, Organisational Unit (OU), Region and Global teams. Act as the UK&I point of contact for Region and Global product and transformation teams, ensuring visibility and alignment with local needs. Collate and analyse business requirements and translate them into actionable activities or requests to vendors, Region or Global product teams. Data & Reporting Enablement Support data governance and documentation across UK and Ireland. Collaborate with Global taskforce teams to simplify reporting and build tactical data solutions. Support creation and onboarding of dashboards and data sources through Global delivery partners to support business insights. Application & Service Management Provide 2nd-line support for Commercial and Enabling function applications; coordinate with vendors for 3rd-line support. Act as Local Recovery Manager for Region/Global-owned applications. Manage incident, problem and change processes to ensure service stability. Strategic Advisory & Innovation Advise Commercial and Enabling teams on digital trends, technologies and global product capabilities. Champion the OU Digital and Data Strategy, ensuring alignment with business needs and long-term vision. Act as S&T Deployment SME for Commercial, Consumer and Enabling functions. Qualifications 3+ years of experience as a business or data analyst. 3+ years of experience working closely with or within Commercial or Enabling Functions (e.g. Finance, Commercialization, Marketing). 3+ years operational support of a technical product or data area. 3+ years of relationship or stakeholder management. 3+ years of data modeling, analysis or Power BI Development experience (nice to have).
