**Resumen** The IT Analyst is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and optimizing the organization’s IT systems and infrastructure to ensure efficient and secure operations. This role includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing network systems, implementing technology solutions, and providing technical support to end-users in a fast-paced metal-mechanic maquiladora environment. **Responsabilidades** **Key Responsibilities:** + Provide first and second-level technical support to users across the plant and offices. + Administer and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, printers, networks, and telecommunication systems. + Monitor system performance and proactively resolve potential issues. + Manage backups, data recovery procedures, and ensure IT systems comply with internal and external security standards. + Support ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Infor) and other manufacturing or engineering software relevant to the metal-mechanic industry. + Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for IT equipment and service needs. + Participate in IT projects such as infrastructure upgrades, system migrations, and process automation. + Train staff on IT policies and use of systems. + Document IT procedures, incidents, and configurations. + Ensure compliance with maquiladora regulatory requirements related to IT and data handling. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. + 2+ years of experience in IT support or systems administration, preferably in manufacturing or maquiladora environments. + Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and networking protocols. + Experience with ERP systems used in industrial/manufacturing settings. + Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. + Effective communication skills in English and Spanish. + Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team. + Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and data protection practices.
