\nDHL, an award-winning, leading supply chain business is seeking an IT Analyst, to provide on-site support, maintenance, fault diagnosis and to manage the resolution of any IT operational problems in both hardware and networks.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?
\nAs part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will be responsible for:
\n\nSuccessful delivery for IT solutions will include the coordination of central IT functions and coordinating and communicating with site operational colleagues.\nLocal change management and incident coordination.\nYou will also play an active part in IT project delivery for the site, act as a site IT SME (subject matter expert) providing end user service to enable the effective use of IT.\nYou will maintain the existing applications while also assisting in development of reporting tools used by site to analyse performance and highlight improvement opportunities.\nAssisting on new projects such as liaising with suppliers and central procurement teams, coordinating hardware procurement, testing and repair as required.\nActing as the first point of contact for IT queries, dealing with IT related problems and queries referred by other business teams and external customers working with multiple IT support desks.\nActing as the first point of contact for IT queries. \n\nWHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
\n\nExperience of working in a similar IT Analyst role with experience of business systems support in an operational environment, IT project delivery support or IT service management team.\nSystems implementation experience and the ability to work with stakeholders.\nExperience preferably in the logistics industry with IT automation solutions is desirable.\nA passion for IT and an enthusiasm to learn.\nPlanning and Organising.\nTechnical or Application knowledge (desirable).\nExperience preferably in the logistics industry with IT.\nInternal customer management. \n\nWHY CHOOSE US?
