The IT Analyst CRM acts as a tech lead in the Salesforce Marketing Cloud (including personalization) domain, and you will play a crucial role in our IT B2C Solution Delivery team, ensuring the successful implementation and optimization of our B2C CRM solution.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Understand and promote the IT Service delivery model, IT processes and IT portfolio of solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Lead the technical team in the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.Provide technical expertise and guidance on Salesforce Marketing Cloud (including Personalization) best practices and industry standards.Ensure the quality and performance of CRM/Personalization solutions through rigorous testing and validation.Apply relevant principles, practices, procedures and standards in order to achieve quality and compliance of solution and services.Stay updated with the latest Salesforce and SFMC features, releases, and trends.Drive collaboration and knowledge sharing with colleagues in IT and other functions, on matters such as applicable principles, practices, standards, procedures and guidelines, efficient use of tools and technologies.
REQUIREMENTS
5+ years of experience in Information Technology or Business function.Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Administrator) Experience in B2C digital marketing IT; B2C CRM solution implementation Experience with other Salesforce products and services.Proven experience with Salesforce, including hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). Strong understanding of SFMC architecture, data models, and integration capabilities.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and platforms.
Education
University degree in Computer Sciences / Information Systems University degree in Engineering / Business Administration with additional certificates, degrees or experience in IT.
