Summary: The IT Access Administration Analyst II is responsible for managing and supporting access control and identity management across enterprise platforms. This contract role has the potential to convert to permanent employment. The Analyst will provision and de-provision user access, enforce security policies, and automate access control processes to maintain a secure environment. Collaboration with internal teams is essential to ensure proper access rights, streamline requests, and support compliance efforts. Key Responsibilities: * Provision and de-provision user access in Active Directory * Manage Exchange distribution lists, mailboxes, calendars, and conference rooms * Administer NTFS folder structures and enforce AD password policies * Generate reports on access permissions and group memberships for audits * Monitor logging systems and assist with documentation of access policies and standards * Troubleshoot access-related issues and identify security improvements * Support compliance and audit processes through detailed reporting and analysis
