IT合规体系管理 2. 建立并优化IT内部业务流程规范及合规管理制度 3. 实施流程执行监控与结果评估机制 4. 编制月度/季度/年度合规管理报告并完成管理层汇报 5. 审计事务管理 6. 对接公司内审部门，统筹IT相关审计项目的全周期管理 7. 建立审计问题知识库，推动IT交付团队实施整改方案 8. 通过质量回溯机制预防审计问题重复发生 9. 风险控制管理 10. 协同公司风控部门构建IT风险管理框架 11. 开展IT系统风险评估与漏洞分析 12. 制定风险应对策略并监督实施效果 13. 管理优化与协作 14. 组织跨部门合规管理经验交流会 15. 开发并实施合规管理培训体系 16. 持续完善IT治理框架，协助CIO提升IT管理成熟度 岗位要求： 1. 学历资质 2. 本科及以上学历，审计、财务、信息管理等相关专业 3. 持有CISA/CISSP/CIA等专业认证者优先 4. 从业经验 5. 6年以上审计管理经验（内审/外审） 6. 具有制造业或科技行业信息系统审计背景 7. 熟悉信息安全标准体系者优先考虑 8. 专业能力 9. 精通SAP ECC/S4 Hana等ERP系统操作 10. 熟练使用数据分析工具及可视化报告制作 11. 具备中英文双语报告撰写及汇报能力 12. 职业素养 13. 具有体系化思维和持续改进意识 14. 优秀的跨部门协作与项目管理能力 15. 能适应高强度工作压力并保持高效输出 16. 恪守职业道德，具备风险合规敏感性 **Additional Locations** : * China - Beijing - 北京（Beijing） * China * China - Beijing * China - Beijing - 北京（Beijing）
