Needs Identification & Corrective Actions
Proactively identify the Sales team’s needs and implement corrective measures throughout the full opportunity-to-invoice process.
Systems Optimization
Analyze and resolve issues in key sales platforms (Oracle Sales, Order, Pricing; CRM; MyEmerson; Vendavo) to boost efficiency and improve user experience.
Provide hands-on support to the Pricing team, including handling customer agreements.
Process & System Development
Continuously propose, test, and roll out improvements to sales processes and their supporting systems.
IT Project Support & Training
Train and guide Sales teams on IT initiatives that affect business operations, ensuring flawless adoption and effective use of new tools.
Process Documentation
Create and maintain clear, accurate, and up-to-date documentation for all sales procedures.
Communication Management
Oversee SharePoint content and communications to keep the Sales organization informed of updates, process changes, and key initiatives.
Reporting & Analytics
Produce ad hoc reports in Excel as needed.
Partner with the Data team to design, develop, and refine Power BI dashboards and reports.
Policy Interpretation
Accurately interpret and enforce Emerson’s policies and procedures in all PMO team activities.
Cross-Functional Teamwork
Foster ongoing teamwork and open communication with cross-functional colleagues.
Actively chip in to annual business programs, such as pricing reviews and system upgrade projects.
Who are you:
Experience Requirements
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in order entry, project management, or customer service within a manufacturing office environment, or
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in operations or financial functions.
Technical Knowledge Requirements
• Project management knowledge.
• English proficiency (90% or higher).
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
• Experience with Oracle applications (highly preferred).
