Issues Management Business Analyst
Job Description Looking for Issue Mgmt Business Analyst with minimum of 5 years experience. Process Lead will partner with leadership and peer teams to drive process improvements, socialization and timely action to support mitigation of existing process gaps. The role requires strong communication and leadership skills, candidates are required to drive collaboration with teammates across organizations and with the management team to identify opportunities to improve processes and controls across technology for issue management. Daily responsibilities will include oversight & governance of various issue management programs / workstreams focused on audit issue portfolio health, adherence to enterprise policies / guidelines, procedure generation & maintenance, thematic analysis, & enforcement of SLAs / consequence model. Team members will frequently be responsible for escalating outlier conditions to senior leaders and communicating at a rapid pace of the environment as well as adapting to changes frequently where needed. Role Responsibilities/experience Ability to coordinate across multiple groups, socialization across a matrix org Documentation and project management skills. Self-starter, follows through, does not shy away from confrontation or engagement with more senior resources Maintaining progress mileposts. Ability to update/manage procedures and produce executive ready documentation / overviews Proven time management and organizational skills Demonstrates accountability and ownership Strong collaboration and partnering skills with ability to positively influence and motivate others Drives timely decisions, knowing when to engage others for additional input and when to act independently Ability to integrate and analyze data from multiple sources, draw conclusions, and provide recommendations Proactive approach - ability to connect the dots, look across, and a love of problem-solving Proven ability to manage multiple and often competing priorities in a global environment; ability to drive routines, projects and programs with a track record of successful execution / change Communicates complex technical subject matter into clear, concise language suited for various audiences We are a company committed to creating inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint Proven ability to execute with accuracy, precision, and attention to detail Demonstrated understanding of the importance of business ethics Knowledge of Thematic Analysis is a plus.
