Teammate will partner with Issue Execution teammates and business unit issue owners to identify alternatives to address observations from the assurance review that may impact ability to close the issue including revisions to remediation plans or artifacts. Issue Assurance Specialist will support creation of the closure memo that articulates the summary of observations from the assurance review. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Responsible for reviewing and assessing individual artifacts provided during remediation of high complexity issues for completeness and accuracy. 2. Analyze documents and supporting artifacts against remediation scope to validate the completion and accuracy of remediation activities for individual issues. 3. Partner with issue owners and Issue Execution Officers to incorporate observations from reviews into remediation scope prior to issue due date. 4. Ensure alignment to enterprise issue management standards, audit methodology, and regulatory expectations for issue closure. 5. Support the completion of the issues closure package for rationale of issue closure including the completeness and accuracy of remediation artifacts. 6. Support Issues Assurance Officer in the identification of themes in remediation to incorporate into issues execution best practices. QUALIFICATIONS Required Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance or science/academic field, or equivalent education and related training or experience. 2. 5+ years of progressive related experience in risk or audit functions leading or supporting issue remediation efforts at scale 3. Strong analytical skills for reviewing artifacts and documentation 4. High attention to detail and ability to think critically and strategically, multi-task, and drive change. 5. Results-oriented and demonstrated ability to work under difficult time constraints and required delivery dates. 6. Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products. Preferred Qualifications: 1. Experience in a Risk Management Organization business area, e.g., Model Risk, Compliance, Information Risk, AML, Credit Risk, Operational Risk. 2.
