Meet the Team

The Entry Level Talent Recruiting team (ETR) is part of Cisco’s Talent Acquisition organization. We accelerate the business by identifying, attracting, recruiting, and hiring the best in class talent for Internships and full time Graduate roles. Our recruitment team of 15 spans across the EMEA region, with a focus on both technical and non-technical new hire pathways into varying Cisco business units. 

We are currently looking for one Technical Recruiter, to join our EMEA wide Entry Level Talent Team, who will based in Israel to help craft and implement our hiring strategy.

Your Impact

You will work directly with the hiring managers and leaders in Cisco Israel, predominantly in Engineering, attracting candidates into roles that include; Software Engineers and Hardware Engineers in Caeseara,Tel Aviv and South Netanya. You may be required to support other countries and hiring teams if needed within the region.  

You will also partner with the ETR team (Recruiters, Coordinators, Sourcers and Screeners) and our strategic partners across Human Resources and business units.  

You will provide a qualified and inclusive Early in career candidate pool Responsible for sourcing & attracting candidates, evaluating, full spectrum interview process, offer management and closing them. Lead and track candidate pipelines through our ATS to ensure a fully compliant and secure process You will ensure hiring manager and team preparedness during the interview process and that interviews are conducted efficiently and expertly. Provide an outstanding candidate experience and act as a candidate advocate Lead kick-off meetings and debriefs with hiring teams. Establish and run a schedule of regular updates back to the hiring manager Conduct retrospectives with your business units and team Engage with any ETR related projects.

Minimum Qualifications 

Experience (2+ years) in end to end recruitment experience ideally in a tech industry, within Early in Career (University) recruitment, sourcing, inclusive hiring and campus event management.  Experienced in managing an applicant tracking system (ATS) and sourcing candidates through various methods (i.e. Creative Connections, Referrals, & Professional networks).  Proficiency in English and Hebrew. 

 

Preferred Qualifications

Demonstrable track record to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced, dynamic work environment as well as the ability to prioritize tasks and manage them efficiently. Demonstrates passion for inclusion and supporting an inclusive talent pipeline Ability to deliver results with little supervision, and to optimally balance multiple searches/projects and candidates  Capable of building positive relationships up, down, and sideways in the organization. Ability to understand, articulate and sell Cisco’s culture and business initiatives
