We are looking for an individual who has strong experience in both team  management and managing via systems. In this position you are responsible for supervising the ISR team and monitor their  daily activities. You will have a chance to  support  further development of the ISR  process and  participate in the implementation of new systems, while continuously  communicate with the  interdependent  functions

This position is located in Romania, Bucharest.

You will be responsible for:

Supervising the  ISR  team, including hiring and doing performance management.Provide daily supervision, direction, and communication to employees so that performance levels of the team are consistent and meet expectations.Understand, own and provide continuous  evaluation of ISR processes and procedures.Work on ISR  process simplification and automatization.Participate in and provide team guidance around department or company projects as they relate to ISR Team.Support Internal Teams by designing  and interpreting ISR  related reports when required.Set up analysis models . Always identify the root causes and propose solutionsCommunicate all ISR related  issues in due time   to the  ISR  European  Lead . Suggest solutionsEnsure correct ISR  tracker files are maintained by the ISR teamEnsure ISR Governance is in place, correct and updated  : policies, documentation, procedures, working folders , asoEnsure to have correct ISR data loaded to the reporting environment

Skills/Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in finance or equivalent experience.Three+ years of experience in people management and managing via systemsAble to manage a team, very good team playerCan-do attitude and willingness to take on challenges.Excellent ability to deliver results under time constraints , while controlling  the stress for the team Demonstrated ability to perform data extraction, analyze data, and generate reports.Excellent attention to detail required.Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.Fluent communication skills in English. French, German or Spanish strongly preferred as 2nd languageProficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.SAP knowledge strongly preferred.Able to learn on the fly , to adapt and to drive change
