This position reports to Sr Sales Manager, Field Channel Sales.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include the following:

Build and manage strong relationships with presales teams, distributors, and resellers to support Lenovo Sales Representatives.Serve as the technical expert on Lenovo products and solutions, ensuring up-to-date knowledge through mandatory training.Support Sales Reps in customer meetings by providing technical and operational guidance for tailored solutions.Deliver product presentations to channel partners, focusing on Public Sector solutions and tools.Manage and update CRM for public tenders, backlog, and sales pipeline in coordination with Sales Reps.Lead technical and commercial responses to public tenders, ensuring alignment with specifications and strategic goals.Collaborate with logistics and technical teams to design compliant, cost-effective solutions and ensure timely delivery.Monitor public sector trends, competitor offerings, and provide strategic insights for business development.Meet/exceed sales, revenue, and margin targets while supporting execution of daily and weekly sales activities.Promote a long-term relationship-building culture and drive alignment across internal teams to meet corporate goals.

What is required to be successful in this role:

Proven experience in presales, business development, or sales support within the public sector Strong understanding of public procurement procedures and tendering processes · Customer relationship management Knowledge of products and technology in the IT industry Results driven and ability to work well under pressure within a multi-disciplined sales teamComputer literacy in MS Office suite, particularly Excel, with SAP being an added advantage. Report generation, interpretation and presentation Training and presentations skills Team player with good time and self - management skills Demonstrable track record of achieving business results as an individual contributor Ability to develop/support a comprehensive solution design and key account strategy
