Job Summary:
The primary responsibility will be to take lead role to develop, direct and manage all Isolation Valves business activities for kind of Business (KOB 1/2/3) in French-speaking Africa (FSA) to drive ISV solutions with end users.
Will need to work to ensure consistent profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning. Identifies objectives, strategies and action plan to improve short & long terms sales plan.

Based in Casablanca, Morocco, you will further strengthen our Isolation market share, achieve areas of profitable growth where new and existing customers will engage with us, eager to make us their preferred partners both now and throughout the lifetime of their plant operations
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Meet or exceed territory financial objectives (budget, POR, etc) as required in support of the Isolation business plan Develop and support Local Business partner and drive for kind of business mind set Develop and implement KOB3 business plan Develop the required process for RFQ qualification and priority setting for Mega projects Develop and implement plans to drive and grow ISV business and improve revenue and profit from the existing installed base. Develop and implement sales and site plan strategies for key install base in FSA Drive solution selling with the help of ISV BDMs for MRO and FEED projects. Analyze and develop plans to drive competitive displacement. Prepare and present marketing forecasts, pricing surveys, competitor intelligence and marketing plans Work closely with other Final Control and Emerson Automation Solutions Business Units and enhance pull-through content Take a pro-active role in working with the Global Project Pursuit Team and local sales team to identify, qualify and pursue projects to achieve order conversion and increase the potential for Isolation. Business Unit and all Emerson Automation Solutions products and services Own end users AVL and drive to fill any gap. Develop long-term relationships with key customer accounts to ensure awareness of the capabilities of Valves BU Proactively engage with customers to specify Isolation business unit solutions and products in project FEED specification. improve customer happiness by finding customer problem/pains and develop and implement the required solutions. Ensure Emerson Ethics and trade compliance procedures are strictly followed with all business transactions. Maintain a project opportunity list in the associated tools like CRMoD, Booking data base

For this Role, You Will Need:
Educated to degree level in Mechanical engineering discipline. 4-5 years sales experience in sales within the Valve & Controls industry. Previous experience in French Speaking Africa French speaking
Preferred qualification that set you apart:
Relevant sales management/leadership experience Valve sales experience is desirable
