Responsibilities:

Identify, engage, and nurture marketing-qualified leads generated through demand generation activities, converting them into viable sales opportunities.Execute high-volume outbound calls and outreach, with a focus on lead qualification and uncovering customer needs.Collaborate with sales, marketing, channel, and alliance teams to build, prioritize, and manage prospecting lists and outreach for target accounts.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of contact and company information within our CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics).Partner with the Marketing team to identify trending industries and deliver targeted, data-driven communications to prospective customers.Provide regular reporting on lead status, pipeline development, and prospecting activities to key stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

We are seeking a dynamic thinker, creative problem solver, and self-starter who can thrive in a high-volume, customer-focused environment. The ideal candidate will possess:

Bachelor’s degree (preferred).1–2 years of experience in a sales, lead development, or business development role with a strong track record of success.Demonstrated experience with cold calling and managing high-volume prospect engagement across multiple channels.Working knowledge of end-user device technologies — including PCs, smartphones, smart collaboration tools, and AR/VR solutions — and a foundational understanding of data center and infrastructure technologies (preferred).Proficiency using CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics.Strong written and verbal communication skills, paired with excellent organizational and time management abilities.A positive, resilient attitude, paired with creative thinking and a strong drive to deliver exceptional customer experiences.Commitment to achieving individual and team goals in a performance-driven environment.Professional phone presence and comfort making outbound calls in an open office or collaborative setting.
