**Description and Requirements**
**Responsibilities:**
+ Identify, engage, and nurture marketing-qualified leads generated through demand generation activities, converting them into viable sales opportunities.
+ Execute high-volume outbound calls and outreach, with a focus on lead qualification and uncovering customer needs.
+ Collaborate with sales, marketing, channel, and alliance teams to build, prioritize, and manage prospecting lists and outreach for target accounts.
+ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of contact and company information within our CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics).
+ Partner with the Marketing team to identify trending industries and deliver targeted, data-driven communications to prospective customers.
+ Provide regular reporting on lead status, pipeline development, and prospecting activities to key stakeholders.

+ Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects effectively under deadline pressure; adapt quickly to change
+ Ability to effectively follow standard operating procedures and processes
**Qualifications & Experience**
We are seeking a **dynamic thinker** , **creative problem solver** , and **self-starter** who can thrive in a high-volume, customer-focused environment. The ideal candidate will possess:
+ Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
+ 1–2 years of experience in a sales, lead development, or business development role with a strong track record of success.
+ Demonstrated experience with cold calling and managing high-volume prospect engagement across multiple channels.
+ Working knowledge of end-user device technologies — including PCs, smartphones, smart collaboration tools, and AR/VR solutions — and a foundational understanding of data center and infrastructure technologies (preferred).
+ Proficiency using CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills, paired with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
+ A positive, resilient attitude, paired with creative thinking and a strong drive to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
+ Commitment to achieving individual and team goals in a performance-driven environment.
+ Professional phone presence and comfort making outbound calls in an open office or collaborative setting.
