**Description and Requirements**
**This is a remote position and can be located anywhere in the United States.**
The ISG Category Business Manageris overseeingthe entire Business organization ofCategoryteam. Reporting to the VP Category, this rolestudiesthemarket landscape,identifybusiness opportunities andcoordinatetheexecution with the geo teams. Collaborating withISOsales leaders inthe execution of the campaigns and building a trustedpartnership and meeting STAMPplans.
**Responsibilities:**
**Set** **ISO 4P** **Fiscal Year** **Plan**
+ Partner with Sales to develop quarterly business plan by product to achieve fiscal year goalsconsidering thedifferent aspectssuch as product portfolio mix,product lifecycle, and channel integration
+ Identifyneeds/gaps & develop Growth Plans forsales segment andchannelfor each geomarket
+ Develop/implementISO/GEO Go-to-Market/route plans for new offerings
+ Collaborate daily with sales team to improve theoperational aspect of deals and working with various stakeholders tooptimizedeal value.
**Build, Launch, and Track Product/Solution Sales Campaigns**
+ Implement segment-specificanddata-driven growth initiatives/promotion & execution plansthat are integratedand aligned with channel, marketing,enablement & adjacencies
+ Engage to educate ISO Sellers and Channel to ensure campaigns are well-understood andoptimized
+ Analyzebusiness environment and landscape for all segments and markets
+ Maximize funding & resources with Alliance partners
+ Evaluate sales against portfolio play expectations
**P&L Oversight**
+ End-to-end ownership of ESMB units, revenue, margin, product mix, and attach
+ Finance:partner with Sales formarket 4PCategory forecastsubmission to finance for the monthly Mx, (0-3) updates
+ Follow up on Pipeline quality per market
**Demand Planning**
+ Crosscheck shipped vs. planned on weekly basis to continuously improve planning and (over-)achieving our targets
+ Work with demand planning andproduct management teamsto ensure hitting market share IDCobjectives, driving demand on availableplatformsand ensuring demand is not building on existing inventory issues
**Basic Qualifications:**
+ MinimumBachelor, preferredMaster DegreeBusiness Administrationwith focus on 4P
+ At least10yearspreviousexperience in Sales, Sales Management, Marketing
+ Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Entrepreneurship and with a high degree of self-motivation and drive
+ Proficiency in Excel, and other office applications
+ Strong analytical skills and detail oriented
The base salary range budgeted for this position is $200,000-$230,000. Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commissions. Lenovo’s various benefits can be found on www.lenvobenefits.com.
