Job Description

As an Island Host at Villa Haven, you will be responsible for providing personalised and attentive service to guests, with a focus on language proficiency to enhance their experience. You will act as a key point of contact, assisting guests with their needs, arranging activities, and ensuring their overall satisfaction.

QualificationsFluency in either Russian, Chinese, Arabic, German, with proficiency in English required.Previous experience in a guest relations or hospitality role preferred.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests.Knowledge of local attractions, activities, and services available on the island.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
