**Description and Requirements**
Total Industry Experience: 11+years
Qualification: Any Graduate
**Key Responsibilities:**
Strategic Planning and Execution:
Develop and execute joint business plans with partners to achieve mutual goals.
Identify and capitalize on business opportunities within partner accounts.
Drive demand generation and lead qualification efforts with partners.
Conduct territory and competitor analysis to inform go-to-market strategies.
**Partner Enablement and Support:**
Provide partners with product and technical information, training, and resources.
Ensure partners are equipped with the necessary skills, tools, and processes to succeed.
Support partners in developing their own go-to-market strategies.
Participate in partner recruitment, onboarding, and evaluation.
**Performance Management:**
Monitor partner performance against agreed-upon goals and metrics.
Provide feedback and coaching to partners to improve performance.
Participate in business reviews and revenue forecasting.
**Internal Collaboration:**
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, etc.) to support partner efforts.
Advocate for partners' needs and interests within the company.
Manage partner programs, including rebates and incentives.
**Relationship Management:**
Understand partner business models, ecosystems, and value propositions.
Serve as the primary point of contact for channel partners.
Address partner concerns and queries promptly and effectively.
Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners
