Job Responsibilities:
Schedule, organize, and facilitate structured DfQ-related meetings throughout all product development phases—from concept to launch. Lead and moderate cross-functional sessions such as Design & Process FMEAs, Control Plan workshops, and risk review meetings, ensuring participation, focus, and actionable outcomes. Consolidate and clarify customer and regulatory requirements during reviews, translating them into meaningful quality checkpoints. Act as the communication bridge between engineering, project management, and quality teams to ensure all DfQ-related deliverables align with development milestones. Facilitate the integration of lessons learned and best practices into design discussions and documentation, helping teams avoid repeated mistakes. Coordinate knowledge-sharing sessions and maintain centralized DfQ templates, risk registers, and meeting documentation for easy team access. Ensure every DfQ touchpoint—from kickoff to closure—is documented, reviewed, and followed through.Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Industrial Management, Quality, or a related technical field. Above 5 years of experience in product development, quality engineering, or manufacturing environments, preferably in server industry. Experience working in cross-functional, global teams.Skills & Qualifications
Strong grasp of DfQ tools (FMEA, Control Plans, DFM, DFA) and NPI development cycles. Able to translate customer and regulatory needs into actionable quality checkpoints. Proficient in PLM systems, BOMs, Excel, and risk-tracking tools. Experienced in facilitating structured reviews (e.g., FMEA, DfX) and managing follow-through. Clear and confident communicator in both Mandarin and English; skilled at cross-team alignment. Highly organized, self-driven, and comfortable working independently across functions.
