As an ISC Production Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the day-to-day production operations within the Aerospace. You will be accountable for ensuring that production targets are met, quality standards are maintained, and operational efficiency is optimized. Your guidance and expertise will be instrumental in driving continuous improvement initiatives, implementing best practices, and fostering a culture of safety and excellence in our manufacturing facility.
You will report directly to our Sr. Quality Engineering Manager and you'll work out of our Minneapolis, MN location onsite primarily on a first shift schedule.
In this role, you will have a direct impact on the success of our operations, ensuring that production goals are achieved, and customer expectations are met. You will have the opportunity to guide a team of production operators, work with cross-functional teams, and drive operational excellence.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Oversee and manage the day-to-day production operations within VMT and Group 41 in support of production operations
+ Ensure production targets are met, quality standards are maintained, and operational efficiency is optimized
+ Directly supervise and motivate a team of Technicians and production operators to achieve production goals while maintaining a safe working environment
+ Drive productivity improvements and a culture of continuous improvements
+ Enforce compliance
+ Employee Development and Talent Management
+ Resource management in dynamic environment
+ Review quality output and coach team improvements
+ Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
+ Collaborate with customers, suppliers and cross functional teams
+ Additional duties as required

**Salary Information**
The annual base salary range for this position is $77,800-$97,200. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
YOU MUST HAVE
• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing environment
• Minimum of 1 years leading a large team in a union environment
• Strong guidance and communication skills.
• Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
WE VALUE
• AAS of Electronics Degree, or equivalent 2 year degree, from accredited college or university
• Experience in the aerospace industry
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with metrology and calibration
• Six Sigma certification.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in the aerospace industry.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Ability to troubleshoot processes and equipment
