The Business Services Team (BST) consists of various functional professionals, including our business management and operations team members, who work to ensure that BCG is running smoothly, efficiently, and productively. Members of this team contribute directly to the success of our business through a number of roles, including executive and administrative assistants, visual service artists, receptionists, facilities staff, and the team leaders and office coordinators who manage these operations and business management jobs.
What You'll Do
As an ISA Platinion Recruiting Senior Specialist you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of recruiting activities for experienced hires in Brazil for the BCG Platinion businesses in São Paulo and providing support to our SSA offices (Argentina, Chile, Colombia and Peru) when needed. You will act as a trusted advisor to identify, recruit, and hire top talent for BCG Platinion and will own and drive the implementation of this strategy and improvements.
As an ISA Platinion Recruiting Senior Specialist you will be expected to have a good understanding of the target groups and how to engage them, working close to the Diversity and Equity Teams. With input from Platinion leadership you will operationalise the sourcing, screening, relationship building, offer preparation and delivery of hiring processes for all candidates in a fast-paced setting. It is critical that you maintain high quality standards and delivers a positive experience for all candidates and key stakeholders at each phase of the recruiting process.
Your tasks will include:
Craft and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy in collaboration with BCG Platinion's senior leadership and the consulting team.Take charge of the entire recruitment process, from brand enhancement and candidate sourcing through to successful onboarding. Utilize a variety of cost-effective sourcing channels, including direct outreach, referrals, social media, and job boards, while effectively coordinating with recruitment agencies as needed.Act as a trusted advisor to our Brazilian and SSA Managing Directors and Senior Partners. Regularly engage with key stakeholders to gather insights, discuss recruitment strategies, and ensure alignment with business needs. Your role will be fundamental in managing relationships and understanding detailed role requirements.Ensure a seamless, rapid, and uniformly positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process. Act as a primary local contact, facilitating smooth transitions for new hires and providing ongoing support to integrate them into our culture and operations.Continuously assess and refine our recruitment approaches. Challenge existing processes and innovate new practices that enhance our effectiveness and reduce biases. Lead initiatives aimed at improving our recruitment processes and sharing best practices across the team.Support recruitment activities beyond Brazil and SSA, foster synergies and share insights across the Platinion EMESA and broader BCG recruiting teams to enhance our global recruitment strategy.What You'll Bring
6+ years of proven experience in recruitment within a fast-paced, high-performance environment, preferably within consulting or related industries in the technology services space.Proven experience in recruitment within a fast-paced, high-volume environment, preferably within consulting or related industries.A deep understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.Strong advisory skills with the capability to provide strategic insights and data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively across diverse teams.Fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, and English.Additional info
