The WBS IS&T Product Delivery Director will oversee and manage Weir’s enterprise-wide applications, including ERP, HRM, CRM, PLM and other key systems. This leadership role within the WBS IS&T organisation requires a strategic leader with a deep understanding of IT systems, agile delivery methodologies, and a drive for continuous improvement.

This role will be responsible for managing the technology delivery teams for each product domain and the systems they are responsible for deploying, maintaining and supporting.  The product domains which are in scope for this role include Finance, HR, Sales, Service, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Engineering with those domains being responsible for systems such as SAP, Salesforce, Coupa, Workday, FSM and 42Q.  Each domain will be managed by a Domain Delivery Lead, all of whom will report into this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with the Enterprise Architecture function to develop and implement the Target Enterprise Architecture roadmap across Weir.

Lead and manage a set of technology teams totaling over 100 IS&T professionals, including functional and technical experts.

Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product teams, encouraging the exploration of new technologies and methodologies to enhance product offerings.

Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of enterprise-wide applications such as ERP, HRM, CRM, PLM, and other related systems.

Facilitate continuous collaboration and integration between different domain and product teams, promoting knowledge sharing and ensuring adherence to Weir ways of working under the Product Operating Model.

Engage with key stakeholders across the enterprise to understand their requirements and ensure that the IS&T products delivered meet their needs and expectations.

Monitor the performance of each product team, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets and deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.

Manage and oversee the third parties that provide outsourced support and management services and ensure the product domain teams, which consist of Weir and third-party resources, act as unified Weir teams.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Master’s degree preferred, but not mandatory.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT leadership, with a focus on enterprise-wide applications and a proven track record in solution deployment, management and support.

Proven experience managing large teams of IT professionals.

Hands-on experience managing both direct and indirect reports to create a seamless team environment and demonstrated ability to manage process and projects.

Strong knowledge of ERP, HRM, CRM, PLM systems, and other enterprise applications.

Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
