IS&T Business Relationship Manager

Purpose of Role: This dynamic position offers the opportunity to engage directly with stakeholders across all levels of the organization. As a key member of the global IS&T team, you will collaborate with business leaders to identify both immediate and long-term IT needs, define project scopes, and lead the delivery of small to mid-sized initiatives. The role is centered on driving business improvement and enhancing the end-user experience through strategic technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain regular communication with Business stakeholders, Regional IS&T leaders, and teams within Weir Business Services (WBS). Identify strategic business function opportunities both short-term and long-term and track adoption across the relevant departments.
Business Relationships: Own the strategic relationship between the BRM function and partners both internal and external to stimulate, surface, and shape demand. Build and manage relationships with senior technology and business leaders.
Technology Delivery: Contributes to the development of strategic frameworks for IS&T products, services, technologies and support; develops strategic directions and alternative service delivery options; develops IT business and operational plans; provides technical advice, impact analysis, recommendations to regional and leadership team.
Scope and Delivery: Document requirements from requestors and stakeholders to build project scope and deliverables. Coach organization leaders to articulate their vision and requirements to drive the organizational value, e.g., People, Customer, Technology, Performance
Project Management: Support and manage project delivery in accordance with timelines and budget.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
Any equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered for candidates that have the ability to perform the objectives above.
Proven experience in a Business Relationship Manager or Technical Account Manager role within a Global Organization
Proven experience in defining IS&T Requirements, goals and deliverables that support the project requirements
Experience delivering projects within a Global Organization
BRM and/or Project Management qualifications in any of the following BRMP, CBRM, Prince2, PMP would be highly desired
Technical IT Infrastructure and Application experience highly advantageous
Experience in cloud migrations and IS&T service transformation programs
Must be bilingual in English and Spanish at a business conversation level both verbal and written.
Ability to travel internationally where required
