Job Summary
The Information Systems (IS) Support Technician is responsible for providing technical support to ensure the smooth operation of computer systems and networks within an organization. This position is responsible for troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and assistance for various hardware and software issues.

Associate Degree in clinical or information technology, or revenue cycle management preferred 0-1 years of experience in hardware, software, and network troubleshooting and resolution, and/or helpdesk support preferredKnowledge, Skills and Abilities
Ability to provide high quality customer service. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of network infrastructure and IT security. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent written and verbal communication.
