Location

This role is open globally, but preferred locations are Krakow, Bergamo and Brno. The work model is hybrid. #LI-hybrid

Your role and responsibilities

As an IT Service Owner for Manufacturing Domain, you will lead delivering seamless, reliable, and innovative IT services that empower our factories to exceed their goals.

You will be responsible for program management and oversight over implementation of leading Manufacturing Execution Systems across ELDS Division. You will ensures that MES systems are effectively integrated into production processes, support operational efficiency, and align with business objectives. The manager serves as a key liaison between IT, operations, and business stakeholders, driving continuous improvement in manufacturing performance through MES.

You will be responsible for Program Management, IT Service management including governance for domain, stakeholder collaboration, performance monitoring, IS project and operations delivery.

Your role and responsibilities:

Project & Portfolio ManagementManage portfolio of current and planned implementations through program structure.Lead or support MES-related projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality outcomes.Collaborate with project managers and solution architects to ensure smooth transitions from project to operations.Stakeholder CollaborationAct as the primary liaison between business process owners, manufacturing leaders, and IS teams.Facilitate demand management and prioritisation of MES-related initiatives.Service Governance & StrategyDefine and maintain the MES service strategy aligned with ELDS business goals.Define and maintain implementation partner strategy.Establish and enforce governance frameworks for service delivery, compliance, and lifecycle management.Service Delivery & OperationsOversee end-to-end service performance, including incident, problem, and change management.Ensure high availability, reliability, and security of MES platforms and integrations.Continuous ImprovementMonitor service KPIs and user feedback to identify areas for improvement.Drive innovation and automation within MES services to enhance efficiency and user experience.

Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Management, or a related field.Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams in a global environment, strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.Program/Project Management experience.Several years of experience in manufacturing operations, MES implementation, or related roles.Strong understanding of global application management processes and managing of off-shore service teams.Knowledge of manufacturing processes, systems integration, and industrial automation.Familiarity with IT infrastructure, including databases, networks, and cloud solutions.Experience in a global, multi-site manufacturing environment preferred.
