This Position reports to:

Global IS Domain Delivery Manager

 

Your roles and responsibilities:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to be accountable to deliver and orchestrate the delivery of information systems(IS) service line operations. Each day you will coordinate with and supervise internal and external third-party supplier resources of the effective delivery and operational performance of the services in scope. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring continuous improvement and compliance.

The role is contributing IS services in Bangalore.

You will be mainly accountable for:

Build IS Security, Risk & Compliance Operation activities in cooperation withIS Service Owner and IS Solution Architects.Actively participating in planning ,scheduling ,delivering and releasing changes to MDG application, ensuring compliance with all required internal processes(esp change management).Integrates operation and Build activities (Devops scope)in collaboration with Build team.Plays an active role in the definition of new contract with vendors for the operational activities, service levels, and service level agreement (SLA) definition.Is responsible for day-day execution of IS Finance Domain service operation delivery , escalation and relation management.

Qualifications:

BE or equivalent degree in relevant field.Hands on experience in SAP/MDG environment with proven understanding of complexity and intricacies of it is-strong plusProven understanding of customer-built application operations.Certifications required-ITIL V4 foundationAt least 5 yrs experience in IS/IT delivery organizations, with focus on operational activity.
