Your responsibilities:

Assist the PMO Manager in North America with the alignment of the company’s business needs and technical direction.Manage Country IS end user communication channels including translation of global English communications to FrenchManage Country or region IS intranet pagesDocument processes to assist end-users in using internal systemsCollaborate with local and global services in providing support to ABB employeesSupports the installation of new IS solutions/services in regards of the required infrastructure, or the changing of existing IS solutions/services. (Potentially outside of business hours)Show initiative, finding opportunities to improve upon quality and continuous improvements of existing processesResponsible for organizing internal events related to IT topics (Cyber security, Microsoft Office O365 etc)Provide support to Infrastructure project’s team (PMO and SMEs)

Qualifications:2nd year university in related technology fieldStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office O365Networking knowledge is an assetKnowledge of audio/video technologies including video conferencing via Microsoft Teams is an assetBi-lingual French and English
