Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Software Engineering Manager/Application Manager to lead our development team in building high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, proven leadership skills, and the ability to align technical goals with business objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of software engineers.
Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements.
Implement best practices for development and deployment
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree7+ years hands on tech knowledge on API development and cloud experience.Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years leading others in the development of software in a team environment. Ability to take on issues and bring them to completion making sure a consistent delivery process is followed.Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and API development.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like GCP, AWS or Azure.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in CICD processes and have knowledge of release management and application support.
Available for on-call production support as needed
Exempt Status: (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) (No = eligible for overtime pay)
