Job Overview - IRT Helpdesk Analyst (IRT exp essential)
Provide support and assistance to project managers and project teams related to the assigned project(s).  Will support all project-related activities for assigned projects in accordance with SOPs, policies and practices.

Essential Functions

Provide issue management investigation support.Support PM in client interactions, where required, providing technical input for issueresolution.Carry out data change requests through call, chat or email handlingInteraction with delivery support teams and lead investigation oversight toresolution.Support PMs with High Complexity Data reconciliation.Coordinates data extractions from systems which requires technical understandingand/or high-risk/sensitive areas.Knowledge Base MaintenanceContribute to Streamlining and industrialization of process’s within the Integrated Support Group and feedbackGroup management as needed

Qualifications - our ideal candidate will have

High School Diploma or equivalent  Req5 years of related work experience Req OrEquivalent combination of education, training and experience ReqGood communication and interpersonal skillsGood problem solving skillsStrong organizational skillsResults and detail-oriented approach to work delivery and outputAbility to work under close directionStrong software and computer skills, including MS Office applicationsAbility to prioritize, actively seek input and problem solveAbility to work independently and manage time efficientlyAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationships with  coworkers, managers and clients
