Good oral and written communications skills, including ability to clearly and effectively communication technical issues in a commonly understood language. Should be aware of the End-to-end handling of International roaming customer complaints. Should be aware of Roaming IR21 document maintain and distribution. Good Technical knowledge of Core/PACO network . Knowledge of call flow of 2G/3G/4G/5G. Must have good technical knowledge of core nodes. Should be aware of the End-to-end International roaming VOLTE/Call/Data Flow . Good knowledge for basic Data/Call flow and IR Volte Call flow. Good knowledge of SIP, RTP, MAP and Diameter protocols. Should be aware of working of CSCF, TAS, SBC, MSC/VLR, HLR/HSS, MME/SGSN, SPGW/SGSN nodes. Should be aware of CORE interfaces i.e  S1U,S11,S6,S5/S8,Gi and GRX,IPX. Team player and be ready to be on-call .
