Massachusetts Radiologic Technologist license or registry eligible. This may result in assuming responsibilities or tasks which are not on this list. + **Assisting Radiologists:** Collaborate with Radiologists to perform interventional procedures, including room/equipment setup and patient preparation. + **Procedure Performance & Imaging:** Conduct and support complex imaging procedures (e.g., interventional radiology, angiography) utilizing specialized equipment and ALARA principles. + **Patient Care:** Greet, assess, educate, and ensure patient comfort and safety from pre- to post-procedure. + **Documentation & Safety:** Maintain thorough patient/procedure records, manage equipment, and adhere to radiation safety, infection control, and quality protocols. + **Team Collaboration:** Communicate effectively with the healthcare team and provide feedback to enhance teamwork. + **Environment & Supply Management:** Ensure a clean and safe work environment, address supply/equipment issues, and transport patients as needed. + **Schedule Coordination:** Coordinate with the supervisor to ensure adequate staffing levels. **As a health care organization, we have a responsibility to do everything in our power to care for and protect our patients, our colleagues and our communities.
