What you’ll be doing.

Takes necessary precautions and follows all hygiene and sanitation rules to avoid microbial contamination of product.Understands and adheres to the concepts and techniques of the quality process in order to assure a quality operation. 

Determines need to replace cutter blades and takes appropriate actionMonitors conveyors, shakers and related line equipment.
