**Job Summary:**
The IPO Field Supply Technician supports international supply chain and logistics functions from the Warrior Support Center in Louisville, KY. This role provides direct material support to Field and Depot Technicians operating under the International Programs Office (IPO) of the Warfighter Training Readiness Support (WTRS) contract. The technician is responsible for maintaining inventory records, issuing repair parts, tracking turn-ins, and assisting with equipment recovery and redistribution. The position requires strong attention to detail, adaptability in dynamic environments, and familiarity with systems such as IBM Maximo (MAS 8), ARAS, and standard logistics procedures.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Maintain accurate inventory of repair parts, tools, and training system components
+ Maintains a clean and safe environment and ensures materials are stored in a manner that prevents damage or deterioration
+ Support technicians by issuing parts, logging consumption, and tracking usage trends in Maximo
+ Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments for repairs, replacements, and redistribution of training devices and components and ensures protection of the equipment during transit – supporting international locations
+ Document material turn-ins and support the recovery process for unserviceable or excess equipment
+ Support the management of Material Requests (MRs) and internal material transfers in Maximo
+ Assist with supply-related troubleshooting, including part identification, substitutes, and sourcing recommendations
+ Conduct local pickups and deliveries as needed to support maintenance actions and reduce downtime
+ Ensure accountability of Government-Furnished Property (GFP) and compliance with contract standards
+ Interface with logistics, maintenance, and property teams to align material readiness with operational needs
+ Conducts forklift operations (Where Required)
**Required Qualifications:**
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ 2+ years of logistics or supply experience in a field, maintenance, or military environment
+ Working knowledge of IBM Maximo (MAS 8) or similar CMMS/logistics system
+ Ability to work independently at field sites with minimal supervision
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and document tracking systems
+ Valid driver’s license and ability to perform material handling activities to include forklift operations (if required by location)
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Experience supporting government contracts or working with training devices
+ Familiarity with the WTRS program, TADSS, and military logistics practices
+ Practical understanding of Import/Export Operations
+ Prior service in a supply, motor pool, or maintenance support role
+ Understanding of FRACAS, DMSMS, and sustainment operations
