Job Responsibilities:
Update and maintain details of the renewal of clients' IP rights within Clarivate’s IP management systems.
Ensure completion of all operational activities required for successful renewal of clients’ IP rights including data onboarding, data verification, client instructions and correspondence, making payments at the Patent and Trademark Offices (PTOs), instructing and paying agents, and obtaining and sending proof of renewal to customers based on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Prioritize and respond to client correspondence including instructions, facilitating timely filing of renewal applications at IP Offices with supporting documents in coordination with clients, internal teams, and agents.
Ensure timely invoicing and credits to clients for additional charges and/or refunds.
Validate and pay agent invoices related to renewal services accurately and timely.
Suggest ideas to improve existing processes based on day-to-day work observations.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
