We are looking for an IP Renewals Analyst to join our Trademark Renewal / Maintenance team in Belgrade. This is an amazing opportunity to work on tasks related to the end-to-end trademark renewal process. About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments  

University degree (Bachelor’s/Master’s) in relevant subject (Law, Business Administration, IP, etc.) or equivalent working experience

Minimum B2 level of English

It would be great if you also had . . .  

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Working experience in Customer Support

Working experience in administrative tasks

Experience in maintaining deadlines and working in a team environment

What will you be doing in this role?

Dealing with foreign/domestic patent/trademark portfolio, while respecting the customer deadlines, customer specificities, internal procedures, quality standards and KPIs; Performing data verification and checking whether information provided by customers is in accordance with information found on IP databases

Creating reports of IP matters for internal and external stakeholders

Obtaining deep understanding of the maintenance workflow in order to collaborate with other teams at every stage of the process

Achieving deep knowledge of all national IP databases in order to be a reference point for other teams; Supporting patent/trademark related projects

Performing other duties and special projects as necessary – may involve handling confidential and sensitive material

Proactively recommending improvements as well as corrective and preventive actions to reduce customer complaints, improve efficiency and mitigate risks

We as a team provide Trademark Renewal / Maintenance services by communicating with clients and agents, resolving possible issues, while making sure that the renewals are done timely and accordingly.
