You have:

Bachelor’s in Computer ScienceStrong understanding of end-to-end network behavior, router functions, and related protocolsKnowledge of router security mechanisms and ability to analyze risks over Linux OS systems and implement necessary hardening measuresFamiliarity with Security Industry benchmarks such as NIST, CIS or DISA benchmarksProficiency in PKI tools and associated infrastructure

It would be nice if you also had:

Certification as a Certified Information Security Systems Professional (CISSP)Specific Nokia knowledge of 7950, 7750, 7210, 7250, 7220, and 7705 product linesECSA - EC-Council Certified Security AnalystNokia NRSII or SRA certification, or Cisco CCNP or CCIE or JNSCP or JNCIE
