The IP Analyst is responsible for conducting patent and trademark searches, and in analyzing IP landscapes. **Your role:** * Consults with requesters to gather and understand business needs. * Supports in collecting and analyzing data from diverse IP databases, industry reports, and market sources to provide actionable insights for IP creation, licensing, and strategy. * Supports in conducting patent and trademark searches, and in analyzing IP landscapes to identify opportunities, threats, and potential overlaps with competitors' portfolios. * Contributes to the continuous improvement of the IP analysis process by identifying and sharing best practices for data collection, search techniques, and analysis tools. * Monitors competitors’ IP activities and market trends on a continuous basis to deliver timely intelligence reports that highlight risks and opportunities relevant to Philips' business interests. **You're the right fit if:** 1. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science OR Vocational Education or equivalent. 2. 4+ years experience in IP analysis, Patent Prosecution or equivalent. 3.
