IP Admin Analyst
The main purpose of the role is to assist clients with timely preparation and filing of patent & trademarks applications, shell response to rejections, formal documents, foreign filing instruction and other administrative tasks as per PTO guidelines. The position is also responsible for coming up with self-improvement initiatives to drive client delight, building capability within the limits of functional policies and guidelines.

Main Accountabilities:

Information Disclosure Statement Preparation & Filing with the USPTOFormatting and preparation of US and International (PCT) filing application packages as per PTO guidelinesPreparation of shell response to office action/rejectionsPreparation and filing of formal documents including declarations, Powers of attorney, Assignments, and other documents as per the PTO guidelinesPreparation and filing documents in response to Invitations to correct defects, payment of fees, and any other documents received from PTOs that requires formal responsePreparation and filing of other PTO documents like ADS, EOT, RCE etc.

 

Other Responsibilities:

Acknowledge completion of work through work allocation tool or Rainbow Time Tracking SystemsImprovise on standard of deliverables based on feedbacks from Quality ReviewerSuggesting process improvement opportunities and support during implementationMeeting expectations with individual, team as well as personal development goalsAssist supervisors in preparation of reports based on data stored in IPMS.Schedule adherence to Clarivate policies

 

Key Skill Competencies:

IP Knowledge with experience to work on different IPMS' is added advantage and preferableGood written & verbal communication skillsBasic MS office: Proficiency in Microsoft office suite programs, including Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

Eligibility Criteria:

Freshers from 2021-22 batchB.Sc./M.Sc., B.Com, BBA,BCA,BA graduates with minimum 50% aggregateExperienced candidates with minimum 18 months of work experience

Client including external vendors - Law firms, Annuity service providers etc.CPA Global Filing and Prosecution teamsQuality AuditorsIP Operations function headsContinuous Improvement team

 

About the Team:

The team consists of 10-15 members and is reporting to the Manager Operations. We are the largest Intellectual Property Administrative service provider

 

Hours of Work:

You will be working for works 40 hours/week (8 hrs a day; 5 days a week); you are entitled to get Overtime, if you work beyond your working hoursThis is a permanent job role
