Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 10+ years applied experienceMaster SwiftUI/iOS mobile development through hands-on coding.Deep expertise in platform and distributed-system design (micro-services, event-driven patterns, cloud orchestration, observability, automated testing).Design, build, and integrate platform services (APIs, event streams, shared authentication, observability) that serve clients reliably.Demonstrate expertise in platform and distributed-system design, including micro-services and cloud orchestration.Leverage AI-native coding tools to accelerate software delivery and adhere to best practices.Mentor and uplift engineers through pair-programming, technical talks, and architecture reviews; foster a culture of continual learning and AI adoption. Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Knowledge of Java/Python/Typescript full-stack development, Kotlin, and/or Jetpack Compose is advantageous.Experience with AI-native development skills and experience with GenAI APIs.Hands-on coding mastery in responsive web applications is a plusHands-on coding mastery in cloud-native systems such as AWSBuild client-facing wealth-management or payments platforms with prior tenure at a major bank, brokerage, or fintech.Lead cross-functional agile teams and influence enterprise architecture and platforms.
