**Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager with 8 to 12 years of experience specializing in iOS development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Media domain and will thrive in a hybrid work model. This role is crucial for driving our technical projects and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions. **Responsibilities** + Lead and manage a team of iOS developers to deliver high-quality applications. + Oversee the entire software development lifecycle from planning to deployment. + Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables. + Ensure the timely delivery of projects while maintaining high standards of quality. + Implement best practices in coding testing and deployment. + Conduct regular code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards. + Monitor and report on project progress identifying and mitigating risks. + Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team. + Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines. + Manage resource allocation and workload distribution within the team. + Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to keep the team ahead of the curve. + Drive the adoption of new tools and technologies to improve development efficiency. **Qualifications** + Possess a strong background in iOS development with at least 8 years of experience. + Have experience in the Media domain which is highly desirable. + Demonstrate excellent leadership and team management skills. + Exhibit strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. + Show proficiency in Agile methodologies and project management tools. + Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model. + Display a commitment to continuous learning and professional development. + Have a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions. + Be adept at managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. + Show a strong understanding of software development best practices. + Be able to mentor and develop junior team members. + Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
