IOP Phlebotomist - Goodyear
Job Title: Phlebotomist Location: Goodyear, Arizona Schedule Monday - Friday 8am-5pm Overview We’re looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented phlebotomist to join our team in a busy and supportive doctor's office in Goodyear. This is a full-time, day-shift opportunity, Monday through Friday, ideal for someone who thrives in a clinical setting and is passionate about patient care and laboratory excellence. Key Responsibilities + Collect and receive biological specimens with accuracy and care + Enter specimen data into the company’s computer system + Prepare and distribute samples for analytical testing + Perform assigned analytical tests as needed + Adhere to all professional and ethical standards, including the Code of Conduct Required Qualifications + Minimum of 1 year of phlebotomy experience (Note: donor, plasma, and MA phlebotomy do not qualify) + High school diploma or GED + Strong proficiency in blood draws, specimen collection, and lab procedures + Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Preferred Qualifications + Experience in specimen processing and direct patient care + Candidates should not have previously worked on this specific project Work Environment & Growth Opportunities This role is based in a physician’s office, working closely with medical assistants and doctors. Internal promotions are highly valued, and team members are supported in their professional development. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.36/hr.
