We’re looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Oil & Gas Dispatcher to support our field operations team. This role is responsible for coordinating the safe and efficient movement of crude oil, produced water, and other fluids from well sites and batteries across the field. You'll serve as a key point of contact between drivers, field personnel, and third-party haulers—ensuring schedules run smoothly, volumes are tracked accurately, and production remains on target. Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and dispatch drivers for the pickup and delivery of crude oil, produced water, and other fluids from designated batteries and well sitesMonitor daily trucking activity and ensure route coverage across all shiftsCommunicate with field personnel, drivers, and third-party haulers to adapt to changing conditions and resolve issues as they ariseTrack and document volumes, pickup/drop-off times, and destinations using dispatch software and field logsCoordinate with production teams to prioritize loads based on tank levels, flow lines, and site capacityProvide drivers with up-to-date guidance on road conditions, safety procedures, and site-specific protocolsAdjust dispatch plans as needed due to weather, delays, or equipment issuesEnsure compliance with DOT regulations and company HSE policiesQualifications:
High school diploma or GED required; technical training or coursework in logistics a plus2+ years of experience in dispatch, logistics, or oilfield operationsStrong communication and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to multitask and adapt quickly in a high-pressure environmentProficiency in dispatch or routing software and Microsoft OfficeFamiliarity with oilfield infrastructure, including batteries, tank levels, and flow linesWillingness to be on-call during emergencies or high-volume periodsRelocation:
