About the role:

As a part of our Billing team, you will specialize in processing payments and billing customers. You will work within a designated group where we will train you to deliver expertise in the areas of invoicing, payment resolution, audit, specialized billing and large customer support.

What you’ll be doing:

Process incoming paperwork for billing and accounts payableReview all documents for accuracy while ensuring they are filled out completelyMake outbound calls to resolve paperwork issues Communicate with sales teams and customers to help resolve any billing discrepanciesAnswer incoming calls and connect them to the appropriate team


What you need:

Ability to take ownership of responsibilities and see tasks through completionExcellent communication skills with great attention to detailProficient with Microsoft Office productsThe desire to be a part of TQL while contributing to our continued growthExperience in bookkeeping, clerical accounting, AP/AR or general office support preferred
