Minimum requirements:
Proven experience as an Invoicing Clerk or similar role Proficient in Sage Evolution and MS Office (especially Excel) High level of accuracy and attention to detail Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines Minimum Matric (Accounting or Financial qualification is an advantage) Generate and issue picking slips/ invoices accurately and timeously using Sage Evolution Verify billing data, purchase orders prior to invoicing Maintain up-to-date billing records and filing systems Reconcile invoices with customer statements and resolve discrepancies Communicate with internal departments to ensure accuracy of billing information Assist in month-end billing processes and reporting Respond to client queries regarding invoices and account statements Consultant: Michelle Du Toit - Dante Personnel East Rand
