Summary:
The Invoice Proc Admin I - IF p erforms a variety of duties relative to the timely payment of invoices and other appropriate documents, ensuring proper approval, documentation, recording of invoices and appropriate funding of suppliers. Each disbursement administrator must be proficient in the use of the integrated online Purchasing system including entry, matching, inquiry and payable screens. In addition, they must be proficient in additional functions provided by system upgrades and in the electronic processing of invoices (EDI).
Duties & Responsibilities:
+ Perform all necessary actions needed to complete and process all invoices and credits received daily for “funding” in a timely and accurate manner; in accordance with HNBIF policies and procedures. Identify the respective dealer that an invoice should be processed under along with the proper Vendor to be funded. Ensure all “special handling” instructions are followed where applicable.
+ Monitor volume of invoices received to ensure that service level agreements are met.
+ Effectively communicate all invoice and/or funding issues to appropriate parties for resolution. Responsible for following-up on outstanding invoice and funding issues, to ensure that they are resolved in a timely and accurate manner.
+ Coordinate and respond to all inquiries or special requests regarding the status and funding of invoices.
+ Other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
+ High school diploma
+ 1 – 3 years’ experience in a clerical or accounting environment
+ Related copy/mail/clerical experience
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Some college preferred
+ B asic Microsoft Office skills
+ Understanding of accounts receivable and payable
+ Exceptional customer service skills are a must
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills
+ Ability to effectively complete multiple tasks at once with accuracy

Compensation Range:
$20.00 - 30.07 - 40.14 Hourly
The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan. In addition, Huntington provides a variety of benefits to colleagues, including health insurance coverage, wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid leave programs, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
