Exam Period:
Chem 302 Mid-term - October 7, 2025 - 5:30 to 8:00 p.m. (includes setup and takedown)-Otto Maass, room 010, 112, 217.

Position Summary:

Responsible for setting up the examination room according to specific requirements as well as ensuring that equipment and facilities are functioning properly.Administers the delivery of the exams and documentation.Handles students’ problems.Ensures that students comply with regulations with respect to exams.Alerts the professor when students have a question.At the end of the examination period, collect all exam materials and ensure nothing is left behind in the examination room(s).Responsible for reporting back to the professor and ensuring delivery of the exams.


Qualifications:

Must be client-focused and service-oriented.Punctual.Demonstrated excellent communication and organizational skills, and an ability to transmit and receive information accurately.Demonstrates ability to listen and efficiently assist clients with problems.Ability to follow instructions and to work independently and as part of a team.Ability to act in an acceptable manner so as not to disrupt students writing the exams.English, spoken and read.French an asset.

Experience and education:

High school Diploma is the minimum requirementPriority will be given to candidates who are already in McGill's priority pool.

Location: This position is located in Montreal, Quebec and the work for this position is expected to be performed in Quebec.

Knowledge of French and English: McGill University is an English-language university where day to day duties may require English communication both verbally and in writing. The level of English required for this position has been assessed at a level 3 on a scale of 0-4.
